Clare County is currently allocated 41 Democratic Precinct Delegates. The last number allocated for each township was based on the 2020 Presidential election. One delegate per 100 votes per township for the Democratic Presidential candidate was allotted. The next allocation of Clare County Precinct Delegates will be based on the 2022 Secretary of State election and will be elected in the August Primary, 2024. One delegate per 100 votes per township for the Democratic Secretary of State candidate will be allotted for each township.
The next Filing Deadline for the August Primary is May 7, 2024.

Those individuals who have joined the Michigan Democratic Party are members for one year, and should renew annually. County annual membership dues of $10 is an optional donation. MDP membership is required for members to vote at meetings, but CCDP membership is not a requirement to vote at meetings.
